How quickly will I get a price for Coach Hire?
Instantly. We don’t like to waste your time. If you require a price instantly, call us & you’ll get one over the phone. If you send an email, it will take on average 30 minutes for us to reply during office hours & a touch longer if sent in the evenings & weekends
Who do I contact in the event my driver is late or doesn’t turn up?
We are contactable 24/7. There is always a controller in the Operations Team on hand to speak to on the rare occassion something goes wrong
Can I amend or cancel a booking?
Yes. We pride ourselves on our flexibility & ability to work with you because we understand plans do change. All changes & cancellations must be made in writing. See our Ts&Cs regarding amendments & cancellations
Can I book multiple vehicles?
We welcome it! We’re used to planning the transport for large events. Tell us what you want & we will offer our free advice as how best to help. We really do take the stress away from planning event transport
Do you allow food, soft drinks & alcohol on the vehicles?
Most of the time. Cold food & soft drinks are allowed but all rubbish must be cleared. No hot food is allowed unless agreed in writing. Alcohol consumption isn’t a problem usually, but it can be against the law to drink on the way to certain events. Ask your advisor for more information
Are your drivers DBS checked?
Of course. If you need to see proof of this, it will need to be requested asap
Do your vehicles have toilets & air conditioning on?
Yes, but typically only the larger 49+ seat coaches. All vehicles vary but the smaller the vehicle, the more difficult it is to get a toilet on board. All executive vehicle will have air conditioning though
Do you have disabled access vehicles?
Absolutely but they all vary in style & size. To discuss an accessibility coach, we advise you to speak to us over the phone
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi on?
Only the VIP vehicles do. Ok, & some executive vehicles. That being said, with Technology ever evolving, for longer tours & extended hires, we may be able to provide you with a 4G/5G dongle. Speak to us
Do all your vehicles have luggage space?
Yes but some have more space than others. We advise speaking to us if you have any luggage, whatsoever, just to be on the safe side. We will advise what vehicle size is best
Can I pay on the day?
No. Drivers do not carry cash on them at all. Payment must be made in advance according to our Ts&Cs. We accept bank transfer & you can pay with debit or credit card via a secure payment link
Do your vehicles come with drivers?
In a nutshell, yes! All quotes you will be given are inclusive of driver & fuel.
